The warehouse orders are processed by customer service from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (apart from on public holidays).
Customs and import tax
Please note that import taxes and customs charges apply for shipping to Canada. All orders are conveniently delivered to your front door or to your selected delivery address by FedEx.
The orders are processed by the warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding German national holidays). With Standard Shipping the orders should arrive within 4-6 Business Days

2) To an alternative address of your choice
Can I change my delivery address?
Regrettably it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is in the system. If a change is necceaary, please contact our customer service team to cancel the order. You can then place a new order with the correct adress. Please note that depending on the progress of the order processing a cancellation is not always possible.
How will my items be delivered?
We use the world leading distribution company FedEx and all your shipments are insured against damage and theft. We ship all items directly to you from our warehouse in Düren (Germany).
Can I track the progress of my order?
Of course you'd like to know where your purchased fashion favourites are while they're en route to you. For this purpose, you will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking number once we have shipped your order. Just click on the link to see where your items are.
Can I contact the delivery company?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email from FedEx containing your shipment number and a direct link to FedEx. You can use the link to see the status of your order. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact navabi's customer service department.
